Lisa has been my agency consultant for some time now and I cannot commend her highly enough. She is thoroughly reliable, dependable and very efficient. Lisa has always kept me informed promptly regarding important issues and information; her style of working is very professional but with warmth and concern if there are sensitive or personal issues that need to be shared. Further, Lisa has always promoted a good working relationship by occasional informal meetings for coffee (pre-Covid) which I have always felt helped to maintain a good professional relationship and enabled discussions that were much easier face-to-face rather than via e-mails or telephone. Also, Lisa shares regularly information regarding job vacancies and helpful information regarding rewards and benefits resulting from recruitment of new locums etc. In summary, Lisa is an excellent consultant in all important respects in my view and I hope very much that I shall be able to continue working with her in the future.
