Team Manager (Social Work)

Salary: Up to £45 per hour + Hybrid Working
Location: Dorchester

 

I have a rare opportunity in Dorset for a Team Manager looking to join the Birth to Settled Adulthood Service!

Are you an experienced and motivated Team Manager?

If so, would you like to lead a locality team? Responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping children safe and ensuring their voices are heard
  • Supporting families through timely, practical help, including access to Short Breaks
  • Working closely with SEND services, transition teams and Adults services to plan for adult life
  • Providing reflective supervision and team development, with strong support from Service Managers

  • Hybrid working
  • 37 hours per week
  • £45 per hour

Requirements:

  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Drive and have access to a car
  • 3 years permanent post qualified experience within an English Local Authority
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
