Team Manager - Safeguarding

Salary: £42 - £45 per hour

Team Manager required in Midlands paying inflated rates! 6 month contracts available!

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to take on a pivotal role within a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team, delivering high-quality safeguarding services that make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an integrated social work team, ensuring children receive timely and effective support that promotes their welfare.
  • Provide operational leadership and build strong partnerships with internal and external agencies.
  • Champion permanence planning and demonstrate expertise in court-related work.
  • Collaborate with fellow Team Managers to implement the Service Plan and foster a professional, learning-focused culture.
  • Promote restorative practice and co-produce care plans that address both intra-familial and extra-familial risks.

Requirements as a Social Worker include:

  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Drive and have access to a car
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
