A well-regarded local authority is seeking four experienced Team Managers to lead frontline safeguarding teams on a 6-month assignment. These roles are ideal for confident leaders with a strong background in children's social care and safeguarding.

- Pay: £42-£45 per hour (based on experience)
- Role Type: Interim / Locum
Successful candidates will oversee experienced social workers, drive performance, and ensure high standards of practice in safeguarding vulnerable children and families. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to service improvement while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
