About the Role

  • Work within a dynamic Family Help service supporting families to thrive
  • Deliver targeted, relationship-based interventions at the right time
  • Use a Restorative Model of Practice with family-led decision making
  • Apply Motivational Interviewing techniques to drive meaningful change
  • Support families to manage complex parenting challenges and reduce risk
  • Complete assessments, child protection plans, and court work
  • Contribute to strong permanency planning, including kinship arrangements

Requirements

  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
  • Post-qualified Social Work experience
  • Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
