About the Role
- Work within a dynamic Family Help service supporting families to thrive
- Deliver targeted, relationship-based interventions at the right time
- Use a Restorative Model of Practice with family-led decision making
- Apply Motivational Interviewing techniques to drive meaningful change
- Support families to manage complex parenting challenges and reduce risk
- Complete assessments, child protection plans, and court work
- Contribute to strong permanency planning, including kinship arrangements

Requirements
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
- Post-qualified Social Work experience
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
