Social Worker - Adults Locality Team

Salary: £39709 - £47509 per annum
Location: South East London

 

Connect2Socialwork is currently recruiting on behalf of a local authority in South East London for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join the Locality Team within Adult Social Care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of adult social care needs, helping to improve the lives of individuals in the local community.

Key Requirements:

  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Ability to pass a satisfactory DBS check
  • Experience in case management and conducting safeguarding enquiries
  • Strong skills in assessment, support planning, and risk management
  • In-depth knowledge of adult social care legislation and best practice
  • Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
  • A person-centred, creative approach to intervention planning
  • Proficiency in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong analytical, written, and problem-solving abilities
