Qualified Social Worker - MASH Team
Location: Dudley (Cable Plaza)
Rate: Up to £33.30 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Connect2Socialwork are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH Team at Dudley Council.
This is a fast-paced, front-line role where you will play a key part in safeguarding children and delivering high-quality social care interventions.
Key Details:
- Onsite interviews only
- Initial full-time office presence for 2 weeks, followed by 3 days onsite thereafter
- Relevant MASH experience is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the effective delivery of children's social care services, driving improved outcomes for children and young people
- Manage a caseload appropriate to your experience, handling varying levels of complexity
- Undertake high-quality assessments, care planning, and child protection investigations
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver child-centred and community-focused interventions
- Build strong, effective relationships with children, families, and professionals to promote positive change
- Ensure all safeguarding practices align with Dudley LSCB guidelines, statutory requirements, and the council's Restorative Practice Framework
