Senior Social Worker - MASH
We're working with a fantastic local authority in Northamptonshire that's looking for experienced Social Workers to join their Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll work alongside police, health, education, and other professionals to assess risk and make timely decisions that protect children and young people.
🔹 The Role:
- Make high-quality, timely decisions on referrals within 24 hours
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to assess and manage risk
- Ensure the child's voice is central to all decision-making
- Provide operational supervision and contribute to safeguarding strategy
🔹 What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Social Worker with 3+ years' experience in a 'Front Door' or MASH setting
- Completed ASYE and registered with Social Work England
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
- Passionate about safeguarding and early intervention
