Registered Children's Home Manager

Are you looking for an opportunity to help establish and manage a brand new children's home in Oxford?

Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager in residential childcare who will play a key role in shaping this new 3-bed service catering for 11-17 year olds.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in residential childcare
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care management (level 5 or willing to work towards)
• Meet the fitness requirements to register as the Home Manager in line with The Children's Homes Regulations 2015 (Reg 28)
• Ofsted registration will be required following appointment

SALARY:

• £55K-£60 per annum
