A children's service in the East Midlands is seeking passionate and dedicated Social Workers to join their dynamic teams:
Are you a passionate and experienced Social Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and families? A well-established Children's Services provider in the East Midlands is currently recruiting for multiple roles across key teams, including
- Children in Care (CIC) Court
- Adoption
- Children with Disabilities
- Safeguarding
About the Roles:
Each team plays a vital role in supporting children and young people across the region:
- Safeguarding Team: Protecting children at risk and ensuring their safety through robust assessments and multi-agency working.
- CIC Court Team: Managing care proceedings and ensuring the best outcomes for children in the court arena.
- Adoption Team: Supporting children through the adoption process and working closely with prospective adopters.
- CWD Team: Providing specialist support to children with disabilities and their families, promoting inclusion and tailored care.
What They're Looking For:
- Qualified Social Workers registered with Social Work England
- At least 2 years experience in statutory children's social work (including child protection, court work, children with disabilities or adoption)
- Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
