Early Help Family Support Quality Improvement Partner

Skills and experience required:

  • Qualified Social Worker / Social Work England Registered
  • Significant experience working in Early Help
  • At least 3 years management experience
  • Substantial experience of case management and staff supervision in social care working with vulnerable groups.

Headlines of job role

  • To work collaboratively with Children and Family Hubs and multi-disciplinary professionals to improve quality and deliver a coordinated approach to the planning and delivery of early help family interventions.
  • To support Children and Family Hub teams to implement Hackney's Early Help Family Support Framework and monitor outcomes for children and families.
  • To provide Children and Family Hub targeted family support teams with case management supervision including identifying safeguarding concerns.
  • To Chair fortnightly Multi- Agency Team (MAT) meetings and identify and manage risk

Requirements as a Social Worker include:

  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Drive and have access to a car
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
