Assistant Team Manager

Salary: £40 - £42 per hour
Location: Basingstoke

 

Assistant Team Manager required in Family Help Hubs across Hampshire - Basingston / Eastleigh & Winchester

Job Purpose

  • To ensure continuity/consistency in delivery of service by supervising staff as delegated by the Team Manager
  • To retain experienced SW/OT staff in front line positions
  • To work with complex cases within departmental policies and procedures
  • To assist Team Manager by contributing to the planning and development of the service within commissioning plans and to assist the management of the workflow

Requirements as a Social Worker include:

  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Drive and have access to a car
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
