- The "Referrer" relates to the person that is submitting their friend or colleague's details.
- The "Referred" relates to the person that is being referred by "the Referrer" for a role.
- The Referrer must have the permission of the person they are referring before submitting their details. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Referrer will indemnify Connect2Staff for any loss or claim arising out of the Referrer's failure to gain consent of the Referred.
- There is no limit to the number of candidates you can refer however each referral must be submitted as a separate claim.
- Referral claims must be made after the qualifying period has been met (as stated below).
- We will only accept referral claims up to 2 weeks after the qualifying period.
- Claims are made by completing the form on our website https://www.connect2staff.co.uk/jobseekers/refer-a-friend
- Referral vouchers are not payable if the referred candidate has registered with Connect2Staff within the last six months.

Vouchers are only given once the qualifying periods have been met:
- Qualified Social Workers - £250 (12 consecutive weeks for temporary and permanent candidates)
- Education - £100 (30 working days for temporary candidates and 13 weeks employment for permanent candidates)
- It is the referrer's responsibility to contact Connect2Staff once this has been completed.
- A choice of vouchers will be offered. Connect2Staff cannot accept any responsibility should for any reason the vouchers become invalid.
- This promotion is not open to employees of Connect2Staff.
- Eligibility for this offer is at Connect2Staff's discretion and our decision is final.
- Connect2Staff reserve the right to terminate this scheme at any time.
