Technical Customer Support

Salary: £22000 - £25000 per annum
Location: Heathfield


An exciting role has become available working for an innovative business that has been a market leader in its industry for over 15 years, being pioneers in Pension and Investment planning tools and services for financial professionals.

A position has arisen for someone to support their client base in the utilisation of pensions software

Duties include:

  • Ongoing maintenance and validation of information
  • Involvement in design and development of new products / projects, including testing through to live release.
  • Creation and implementation of products and system testing
  • Provide telephone and email support to the customer base involving issue investigation, resolution or escalation on the use of Software.
  • Continually develop knowledge of the technical aspects of the system and keep up to date with changing technologies.
  • Improve and develop administrative processes to enhance the client experience and performance
  • Resolving customer enquiries
  • Work with other members of the Support Department to achieve high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong in setting customer expectations and ability to handle complaints and execute escalation process.
  • Become involved in ad-hoc tasks as required.

It is essential that you have an administrative and customer focused background. A technical flair would be ideal for this role, potentially someone who has worked within IT support in the past.
