How are you getting healthy for the summer holidays?

Back

With the summer term now commencing, Connect2Staff Education is beginning to recruit for September vacancies, including permanent teaching and support staff. We have a number of exciting vacancies in schools all over Kent and the South East.

In just over 13 weeks, we will be welcoming the long school holidays and this has me thinking about SUMMER!!

The clocks have gone forward, the evenings are lighter and people all around me (including myself) are gearing up for their summer getaways.

Summer also means getting healthy! In the current climate, there is so much information on what the best way to eat healthily and exercise is, but the fact is, each and every one of us is completely different!  That’s what makes us individual right? We all have different lifestyles, budgets, schedules, different taste buds and a varied approach as to what makes us tick and what drives us forward to achieve success.

With that in mind, I’d like to share some ideas and links to some useful information found on the NHS ‘your health, your choices’ website to help you kick-start your summer…
