We have looked at the market and feel an alternative solution to the standard agency search & selection needs to be offered, as we understand that options need to be available in today’s climate.

How it works in six easy steps:

1. Send us the job description
2. A dedicated consultant will write the advertisement for you and send you a copy
3. We advertise your job for 4 weeks on a number of relevant local and national job boards, as well as social media sites
4. We will email you the response daily
5. We will write to all candidates letting them know that they will be contacted if selected for an interview
6. You then select and arrange interviews with any candidates you wish to see
